No-Shows
I understand that emergencies happen, and I will always try to use reasonable judgment when determining whether a situation should be considered a no-show. If something unexpected happens, please reach out as soon as you are able. Communication can make a big difference!
A session may be considered a no-show if the client:
- Does not arrive for their scheduled session and does not contact Studio23 Photos.
- Arrives so late that the session can no longer reasonably take place.
- Fails to communicate after multiple reasonable attempts to reach them.
- Cancels or abandons the session at the scheduled time without prior notice.
- Client has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not communicated with Studio23 Photos.
Significant delays may also be treated as a no-show at the photographer's discretion, depending on the circumstances and availability.
No-Show Consequences
If a session is considered a no-show, the retainer will be forfeited, and the session will be considered canceled.
If you would like to book another session following a no-show, a new retainer may be required to reserve a new date and time.
No-shows may also be subject to the terms of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
I understand that life happens, and my goal isn't to penalize anyone for an unexpected emergency. However, when a client doesn't show up or communicate, that time has been reserved specifically for them and cannot generally be offered to another client at the last minute.
If you're running late, running into an emergency, or simply can't make it—please just communicate with me. 🤍
