Image Selection



I do not place a cap on the number of final images you receive. Your package includes all usable images from your session.


After your session, I will carefully review and edit your photographs and select the images that meet my quality standards. I believe you should receive as many beautiful, usable photographs from your session as possible—not be charged extra simply because your session resulted in more images.


Studio23 Photos reserves the right to remove images that are considered unusable, including but not limited to:

  • Significantly out-of-focus images
  • Duplicate or nearly identical images
  • Test shots
  • Images with closed eyes or unflattering expressions
  • Images affected by unexpected circumstances
  • Images with technical issues that prevent them from meeting Studio23 Photos' quality standards


The number of final images delivered will vary from session to session depending on the type and length of the session, the number of people photographed, and what naturally occurs during the session.


Gallery

Gallery Delivery

Once your images have been fully edited and your gallery is ready, you will receive an email with a link to your private online gallery.  Your gallery will contain all usable, edited images included with your session, available for you to view, download, and share.


All final digital images are available to download at no additional cost.


Sneak Peeks

You will receive a sneak peek within 24 hours of your session, whenever reasonably possible.


A sneak peek is a small selection of edited images from your session that gives you an early look while I finish editing your full gallery. The sneak peek is not your complete gallery and does not indicate the final number of images you will receive.


Turnaround Times

I will always do my best to get your images back to you as quickly as possible while still giving each gallery the time and attention it deserves.


Please keep in mind that photography is not my full-time job. I am also a mom and work full-time as a paraprofessional, so editing happens around my family, work, and other responsibilities. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to get your gallery finished. 🤍


Typical turnaround times may vary depending on the type of session, time of year, current workload, and other circumstances.  Unless a specific turnaround time has been agreed upon in writing, turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.  If there is an unexpected delay that will significantly affect your estimated turnaround time, I will do my best to communicate that with you.


Gallery Storage

Your online gallery is provided for viewing and downloading your photographs, but it should not be considered a permanent backup of your images.


Studio23 Photos does not guarantee that your online gallery will remain available indefinitely. Gallery expiration dates may vary depending on the gallery platform and storage options available at the time. You will receive an email approximately 6 months before your gallery is scheduled to expire as a reminder to download and safely backup your images. This gives you plenty of time to make sure you have copies of your photographs before the gallery is removed.


When your gallery is delivered, you are responsible for downloading and safely backing up your photographs. I recommend keeping your images in at least two separate locations, such as an external hard drive and a cloud storage service.


Once a gallery has expired or been removed, images will not be able to be recovered or re-delivered.


Please download your images as soon as you receive your completed gallery. I want you to have your memories safely stored and accessible for years to come! 🤍



Gallery Downloads & Products

Once your gallery is delivered, all final images included with your session may be downloaded at no additional cost.


Your gallery will also provide the option to purchase additional products, including individual images, prints, wall art, albums, and other available photo products.


All printing and product fulfillment is handled directly through Pixieset's partnered professional photo labs. Studio23 Photos does not personally print, package, or ship these products.


Because these products are fulfilled by third-party photo labs, product availability, production times, shipping, and quality are subject to the policies and processes of the selected lab.


Studio23 Photos is happy to assist with questions or concerns regarding an order, but is not responsible for delays, shipping issues, or production problems caused by the third-party lab or shipping carrier.
