Studio23 Photos retains the copyright and ownership of all photographs created during your session or event.  Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and share their delivered images for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Clients may not:

• Sell or resell the photographs
• License or commercially use the photographs
• Submit the photographs to contests, publications, or other opportunities as their own work or without properly crediting Studio23 Photos
• Use the photographs for business, advertising, or other commercial purposes without written permission
• Alter, edit, filter, or otherwise modify the photographs in any way without written permission from Studio23 Photos

If you would like to use your photographs for a commercial purpose or make an alteration to an image, please contact Studio23 Photos for written permission.

When sharing your photographs on social media, tagging or crediting Studio23 Photos is always appreciated!

Purchasing or receiving digital photographs does not transfer copyright ownership to the Client. The photographs remain the intellectual property of Studio23 Photos.
