Late Arrivals
Ideally, please plan to arrive at your scheduled location a few minutes early so you have time to get settled and ready for your session. That being said, I try to be reasonable and understand that life happens! Traffic, getting kiddos out the door, unexpected delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone.
If you know you are going to be late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. A quick message goes a long way, and I will always do my best to work with you when I can. I also hold myself to this same standard and will communicate with you if I am unexpectedly delayed.
Both your time and my time are valuable, and I want to respect both.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect clients who may be scheduled after you. For example, arriving 20 minutes late does not automatically mean that an additional 20 minutes will be added to your session.
If circumstances allow, I may be able to accommodate a late arrival or adjust the session accordingly. However, this cannot be guaranteed and will depend on my schedule and any appointments following yours.
Significant delays may be treated as a no-show. If your delay is significant enough that the session can no longer reasonably take place, the booking may be considered a no-show and subject to the terms of my No-Show Policy.
The best thing you can do if you're running late is simply communicate. I would much rather receive a quick “We're running about 15 minutes behind!” than have you stress about being late. Life happens, and I'm a human too! 🤍
